When the espresso machine pours the desired amount, press the button again. From now
on, the espresso machine will brew ESPRESSO coffee with the set amount.
2. It is possible to set quantities between 20 and 70 ml for single coffee and between 40 and
150 ml for double coffee.
3. In order to reset the machine and restore the factory settings, turn off the device with the
switch (3), press and hold the appropriate button (2a) or (2b), and switch on the device. When
the control light flashes five times on the corresponding button, the setting is reset.
SETTING MILK STEAMING TIME FOR CAPPUCCINO
1. Press and hold the small “Cappuccino” selection button (2c) for 3 seconds when setting the
quantity for small CAPPUCCINO or the large “Cappuccino” selection button (2d) when set-
ting the quantity for large CAPPUCCINO. The coffee machine begins to feed and steam milk
through the nozzle (22). When the espresso machine pours the desired amount of steamed
milk, press the button again. From now on, the espresso machine will brew CAPPUCCINO
coffee with the set amount.

FINISHING OPERATION OF THE ESPRESSO MACHINE
1. When done using the espresso machine, turn it off with the power switch (3) and unplug it
from the mains.
2. After cooling down, clean the espresso machine following the instructions included in sec-
tion “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
3. Store the container with unused milk in the refrigerator.
COFFEE MAKING TIPS
1. Use a warm cup for making ESPRESSO. Quickly heat the cup by pouring hot water into it
beforehand. Classic EXPRESSO should be made of a blend of various types of coffee and
poured into a cup of about 70 ml to only about half of its capacity. The double ESPRESSO is
also called DOPPIO.
