MULTIPOINT PAIRING PROCEDURE

Pair the 1

phonewiththeBlueMULTIasdescribedinchapter3“Pairing”.→Connectthephonetothecarkit.
►PAIRINGphone2
Turn off the Blue MULTI after the 1
st
 phone has been paired. → Press and hold the ON/OFF
button (3) for 6 seconds to enter pairing mode again to pair and connect with the 2
nd
phone.
TurnOFFtheBlueMULTIandthanturnONagain,byusingtheON/OFF button(3).→BlueMULTIwill
reconnectwithbothphones
automatically.
►Atanytimeyoucanaddasecondphone.AlwaysturnOFFtheBlueMULTIrstandthenstartpairing
procedureasdescribedinchapter3“Pairing”.
MULTIPOINT CONNECTION PROCEDURE
WhentheBlueMULTIisswitchedon,itwillautomaticallysearchandconnectwiththe2lastmobilephones
that had Bluetooth
®
connectionwiththecarkit.
-Ifonly1phoneisavailable:onlyonephonewillbeconnectedtotheBlueMULTI.Thisphonewillbethe
primaryphone.
-Oneorbothphonesareshortlydisconnected:thecarkitwillautomaticallyreconnect.

ToensureautomaticreconnectionbetweenthephonesandtheBlueMULTI,werecommendsettingthe
BlueMULTIas“Authorized”in the Bluetooth
