BeforeusingthemrHandsfreeBlueMultimakesurethat:
• Thephone’sBluetooth

feature is on. (Please refer to the manual of your mobile phone for more
detailed information.)
• TheBlueMultiispairedandconnectedtoyourphone.
• TheBlueMultiisswitchedonandtheblueLEDindicator(5)ashes.
MAKING A CALL
Using your mobile phone’s keypad:
• Dialanumberonthekeypad.
• Pressthephone’sTalkbutton.
Attention!
Always talk towards the microphone (6) of the Blue Multi. For optimum performance, please make
sure that there are no objects in front of the microphone.
Using voice dialing:
Whennocallisinprogress,presstheCentralbutton(4).Youwillhearatonethatindicatesthatyoucan
saythedesiredname(“voice tag”).Saythevoicetag.Thephoneplaysthevoicetaganddialsthe
relatedphonenumber.
Attention!
• You can also activate voice dialing with your phone. (

to your phone’s user’s manual.)
• Please note that the voice dialing function is only available if it is supported by your mobile phone.
ANSWERING A CALL
PresstheCentralbutton(4)toansweracall.
ENDING A CALL
PresstheCentralbutton(4)toendthecurrentcallORendthecallwithyourmobilephone.
REJECTING A CALL
PressandholdtheCentralbutton(4)for2secondstorejectthecall.
REDIAL
PresstheCentralbutton(4)2xquicklywhilenocallisinprogress.Youwillhearadoublebeepandthe
phonewilldialthelastdialednumber.

Ifyoureceiveasecondcallduringaconversation,youwillhearabeep.
Youhavethefollowingoptions:
• PresstheCentralbutton(4)2xtoanswerthe2

callandtoputthecurrentcallonhold.
• DuringaconversationpresstheCentralbutton(4)2xtoswitchbetweentwocalls.
• PresstheCentralbutton(4)onceduringthe2

call,toend1ofthe2calls.

ADJUSTING THE SPEAKER VOLUME
WhenyourmobilephoneandtheBlueMultiarepaired,thevolumeissetinthemiddlelevelautomatically.
Duringaconversation:
• Press+(8)toincreasethevolumelevel.Whenthemaximumlevelofthespeakerisreached,you
willhearabeeptone.
• Press-(8)todecreasethevolumelevel.Whentheminimumlevelofthespeakerisreached,youwill
hearabeeptone.
