(a) Products which have been subjected to improper installation, unauthorized repair, improper
maintenance,unauthorizedmodicationsorotheractswhicharenotthefaultofmrHandsfree;(b)
Products whichhave beensubjected to misuse, abuse, neglect,improper handlingand storage,
anaccidentorphysicaldamage;(c)Productswhichhavebeensubjectedtore,water,excessive
humidity,sand,dirt,extremechangesintemperatureorotherconditionswhicharebeyondthecontrol
ofmrHandsfree;(d)Productswhichhavebeenusedwithnon-mrHandsfreeapprovedaccessories;
(e)Productswhichhavetheserialnumberaltered,defacedorremoved;(f)Productswhichhave
beenopened,altered,repairedormodiedbyanyunauthorizedservicecenter.
• Excludedfromanyguaranteeareconsumableitemswhichmayneedreplacingduetonormalwear
andtear,suchasbatteries,earcushions,decorativepartsandotheraccessories.
• Thisguaranteegivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfrom
countrytocountry.
