Troubleshooting Truck Mounted Charger
Display Remedy Measures
No LED illuminates
- Check power supply. Is voltage present? If not, connect
power supply.
- Is the positive line correctly connected to the positive ter-
minal?
- External fuse blown? If so, replace.
- Fuse in charger system blown? If so, replace.
Charger has power, but camera
battery charger not illuminated
- Check that the battery is in the camera. If so, check if it is
working.
- Check for poor connection between camera and charger
system. Check charging contacts (clean, not bent).
- Clean camera and charger system contacts with contact
cleaner; carefully place camera in charger system again
Charger has power, but spare
battery charger not illuminated
- Check that spare battery is properly seated in charger.
- Check battery contacts for dirt, corrosion or damage.
Clean contacts or replace battery.
- Check charger system contacts (clean, not bent, mova-
ble, spring back).
