Temperature sensor failure Replace with a new temperature sensor

Water level doesn't reach the
minimum water line
Add more water to the minimum line.
Water inlet is blocked
Replace with a new filter and clean the inlet.

Filter failure
No filtering water from the inlet
No filtering water from the inlet, take out the control box (heater/blower
engine) to the local service partner, a new filter pump needs to be
replaced.

Flow switch is not closed
Check whether there is abnormal objects blocked the flow swich, clean
it or change a new flow switch.

Memory self - check after
power on
Power off the plug. Wait for 5S to see if the error code will disappear. If
yes, re-start the power to use the spa as normal.
Uncsrew the control panel and tighten the singal cord
Take out the control box (heater/blower engine) to the local service
partner, a new power board in the control box needs to be replaced.

No display on

Power failure Check the power supply
PRCD is off
Reset the PRCD following testing guidelines (press the RESET / TEST
/ RESET in sequence)
PRCD is defective Replace with a new PRCD
Signal cord gets loosen Uncsrew the control panel and tighten the singal cord
Spa leaking
Spa inlet connection not
securely tight(if not fixed tight).
Tighten the inlet&outlet connection.
Drainage valve is not well
screwed on
Close the drainage valve.
Water leaks from the spa pool
body
Re-glue help or contact service partner to replace a new pool

No heating
properly
Low water level Add more water to the minimum line.
Temperature is set too low. Set a higher temperature
Dirty filter cartridge Clean or replace a new filter cartridge
Heating element failure (Not
heating up)
Take out the control box (heater/blower engine) to the local service
partner, a new heater in the control box needs to be replaced.
