11 Back, Tilt, or Lift functions will not
function.
Motor is not functioning or circuit
board isn’t functioning correctly.
Contact Customer Service.
12 The circuit board has to be reset
often.
Possible faulty circuit board. Contact Customer Service.
13 Swivel will not lock. Wiring, switch, and/or circuit board
is not functioning correctly.
Contact Customer Service.
14 Foot section doesn’t lock or is
dicult to operate.
Foot section slide or lock
mechanism is damaged.
Contact Customer Service.
