Save by posioning chair to desired locaon. If buons are
set to Momentary: press and hold the Home Buon for 10
seconds. If buons are set to Maintained: Press the Stop
buon twice and then press and hold the Home Buon for
10 seconds. Once saved, audible and visual conrmaon
will be received.
ADA Compliant Home posion is Li Down, Tilt Down, Back
Up, and Foot Down and Retracted. To access: if buons are
set to Momentary, press and release the Home Buon twice
(within 1 second). If buons are set to Maintained, press and
hold the Home Buon twice (within 1 second).
Save by posioning chair to desired locaon, press and hold the
desired program buon for 5 seconds. Once saved, audible and
visual conrmaon will be received.
Locks out all commands once this state has been enabled. To
enter, press the following sequence of buons: Stop, Stop,
Back Up, Stop. Once enabled, audible and visual conrmaon
will be received.
To exit, press the following sequence of buons: Stop, Stop,
Back Down, Stop. Once disabled, audible and visual conrma-
on will be received.


Enter the User Program Mode in the Smart
Controller™ to change how the Program
Buons and the swivel (if applicable) oper-
ate. See page “Smart Controller™ Technol-
ogy” in the User Manual.
Maintained 
[Factory default] Momentary Program Buons: press and release to automacally
move chair to the programmed posion.
Maintained Program Buons: press and hold to move chair to the programmed posi-
on. Once buon is released, chair will stop.
 
[Factory default] Auto-Lock Swivel: pressing the Swivel Buon will unlock the swivel.
Swivel will automacally lock aer 30 seconds or pressing any buon will lock the swivel.
Lock/Unlock Swivel: pressing Swivel Buon once will unlock the swivel. The swivel will not
lock again unl any buon is pressed.

