☑ Engine is stopped and starting disabled.
Putting into operation
Item Action
Lube oil system Check engine oil level (→ Page 69).
Coolant circuit Check engine coolant level (→ Page 79), check charge-air coolant level
(→ Page 88).
Coolant circuit Preheat engine coolant with coolant preheating unit, if fitted.
Fuel prefilter (if fitted) Drain water and contaminants, see manufacturer's documentation.
Engine control system Switch on.
