Problem Possible causes
I have to press the standby button several
times.

will have to resynchronise.

using a light switch. The tint remote control is
resynchronising.
Which group is my bulb in at the moment?
Simply switching the groups on and off again
will tell you which group your bulb is in.

radio standard 3.0 and are compatible with a range of light control systems, such as
Philips Hue (without Hue Entertainment and HomeKit), Osram Lightify, Amazon’s voice
assistant (with Amazon Echo Plus), and many more. To integrate into a gateway/an app,
