Ensure attachment stands clear load rails when reversing into position.
Insert locking pins on both sides of the load bed after positioning.
Connect specific hoses to auxiliary ports at the rear of the machine.
Plug the rear attachment loom into the CX rear chassis socket.
Use designated lifting points, shackles, and a crane to lift the trunk safely.
Attach trunk frame using bolts, spacers, and washers to cab bushings.
Connect hoses from the trunk to quick release couplers at the front.
Reference charts for hydraulic flow rates based on pump size and RPM.
Adjust the PTO needle valve to achieve approximately 40L/min for operation.
Engage levers for HPCO, FAN, and Tipping Cylinders as per instructions.
Use the armrest joystick to slew, extend/retract, and reach with the trunk.
Identify loom parts and bolt down the earth cable beside the front RH cab mount.
Track cables and plugs down the chassis and through cab access vents.
Route the 6-pin joystick plug neatly inside the cab towards the seat.
Remove external panels and route remaining plugs towards the front of the cab.
Cut a slot in the side panel for wire routing and bolt the panel back.
Bolt armrest attachment to seat and track the 6-pin joystick loom.
Bolt Bucher control unit and connect the 6-pin joystick plug under the armrest.
Connect the 2-pin power supply plug and re-secure external panels.
