ALBI AQUA Installation & Commissioning

Section 3 of the ALBI 4 Installation Manual. Follow the instructions below for connecting
the utilities and commissioning…
• Allowsucientspaceattherearoftheunitforconnectingthewaterand
CO2 supplies, and the mains power supply cable and plug.
• Allowsucientspaceabovetheunittoremovethetopcoverforllingthe
water bath.
The 3/8” water and CO2 John Guest inlet connections at the rear of the
unit are labelled (see Fig.1, circled red)...
Note: Welbilt recommend that the tower used with the ALBI Aqua uses either self closing
dispense taps or has a drip tray that is plumbed to drain where manually closed taps are
used.

1. UseonlyhosesuitableforusewiththeJohnGuestttings.
2. Connect the water supply to the connector labelled “WATER IN”.
3. Mains water pressure should be MIN 0.138MPa (20psig), MAX 0.345MPa (50psig).
Note: Do not turn on the water supply at this stage.
4. Connect the CO2 supply to the connector labelled “CO2 IN”.
5. CO2 supply pressure should be MIN 0.517MPa (75psig), MAX 0.522MPa (80psig).
Do not turn on CO2 supply at this stage.
6. Fit the detachable mains lead into the power inlet socket (see Fig.1, circled blue). If
the mains supply socket has an ON/OFF switch, plug the unit into the mains supply,
ensuring that the switch is set to the OFF position. Do not switch on the mains
power yet. (Note: do not plug the unit into the mains supply if the socket has no
ON/OFF switch).
