Flat drinks
Restore CO2
pressure.
Lift relief valve on
carbonator bowl &
vent the bowl for a
few seconds.
Re-check
carbonation levels.
End
Check that the
carbonator pump
and\or motor is
operating and is not
partially seized or worn.
If possible, check that
the dead head pressure
of the pump when
operating is 250 psi.
Replace pump head
and\or motor if suspect.
Clear restrictions.
Check that the
carbonator pump motor
is not disabled.
Are the drinks warm?
Follow chart for
refrigeration\warm
drinks
Check the following for
possible causes:-
1. Dirty dispense nozzle.
2. Debris in dispense nozzle
3. Incorrect grade of CO2
4. Contaminated cups
Is the CO2 pressure
between 75-80 Psi
Has the
carbonation level
been restored?
Is the carbonator pump
motor and carb pump
operating correctly?
