Assembly Instruction

Step 1: Attach Upright Posts to Front Stabilizer

Fix left and right upright posts to the front stabilizer using screws and washers.

Step 2: Connect Main Frame to Upright Posts

Attach the main frame to the upright posts using hexagonal socket pan head screws, washers, and frame tubes.

Step 3: Assemble Handlebar Components

Connect pulse sensor, pulse wire, and attach handlebar to the fixed handlebar with screws.

Step 4: Attach Handlebar and Covers

Connect sensor wires, fix handlebar to upright posts, and attach handlebar covers using screws.

Step 5: Mount Computer and Bottle Holder

Fix the computer to the fixed handlebar and connect wires. Attach the bottle holder to the computer.

Step 6: Attach Magnetic Board and Z-block

Fix the magnetic board and Z-block to the main frame using screws and washers.

Step 7: Secure Main Frame and Connect Sensors

Release pin, lower main frame, secure with knob, and connect sensor wires.

Warm-Up and Cool-Down

Warm-Up Guidelines

Prepare body for exercise and minimize injuries by warming up for 2-5 minutes before workouts.

Stretching Importance and Technique

Stretch warm muscles for 15-30 seconds after warm-up/training to reduce injury risk. Do not bounce.
