2. First connect
the red clamp
(A) to the
positive pole
of the vehicle
battery and
then connect the
black battery
clamp (B) to the
negative pole
(see Fig. 1).
The red Error
LED
13
flashes,
a short alarm
signal sounds.
The temperature
is too high,
possibly due to
several jump
start attempts.
Disconnect
the black (B)
battery clamp
first and then
the red clamp
(A) from the
battery poles.
Start again
from step 1.
The red Error
LED
13
flashes,
a continuous
alarm signal
sounds.
Battery clamps
(A) and (B)
are the wrong
way round. It
is caused by a
short circuit or
the battery is
leaking.
The red Error
LED
13
flashes
once, a
continuous alarm
is sounded and
then followed by
two short alarm
sounds.
Green Start LED
12
and the red
Error LED
13
flash alternately.
The connection
is correct After
1–2 seconds
only the green
LED
12
glows.
Carry on with
step 3.
3. Starting up
the vehicle.
