Another possibility is that the unit isolating valves are shut; open them. If it is a Heater model, the water temperature reaching the fan convector might be below 110°F, so check the boiler to ensure it is on and set to high with the central heating pump running; you can also check the fan by switching to manual and turning up the boiler thermostat. Poor water flow can also cause this issue; vent air from the heating system.
