EVERY 200 OPERATING HOURS / AT LEAST EVERY YEAR.
Change the engine and transmission oil *.
Change the oil filters *.
Change the fuel filters *.
Check the raw water pump impeller. Change if needed.
Check the engine flexible mountings. Adjust as necessary *.
f Clean the Turbo Wastegate.
f Clean and touch up the paintwork as necessary.
EVERY 400 OPERATING HOURS / AT LEAST EVERY 2 YEARS.
f Change the thermostat of the heat exchanger.
f Change the heat exchanger filler plug.
f Drain and change the coolant. Clean the coolant system.
f Check and clean the heat exchanger tube stack. Change the O-ring.
f Check and clean the air cooler tube stack. Change the O-ring. Check
and clean the transmission oil cooler tube stack.
f Check the fuel injection nozzles. Change if needed.
f Check cold valve clearance.
f Check and clean the Turbo
