Issue Recommedations
Hearing aid is
not charging
Ensure charging cable is plugged into
charging case and into the charge plug
properly
Power aids off Firmly place aids in
charging case Left aid in left charging
well Right aid in right charging well
When properly placed in the case the
domes and thin tubes will be in the center
indented area Lights on charging case will
illuminate If hearing aid charge lights are
not illuminating remove aid from well and
firmly press aid into well
Charging contact may be dirty Clean
charging contact bottom of aid with
cloth and small amount of % alcohol
