• Sample type: HPC-A, Mobilized PB, Control.
• Dilution factor: Enter the dilution factor when the diluted sample was
stained and to be measured.
• Frames: Number of images to be captured.
• Viability: Check the circle to get viability data.
Captured image of sample will be displayed. It will be activated after

Selected the channel will be displayed. It will be activated after insert
sample. (Refer to page 28)
Insert the sample loaded Assay Slide and click ‘Inset sample’ button
to start the test.
