5. The calculated data including total cell count and viability of
CD34 and CD45 will be displayed in the counting result area.
6. To run the next sample, take out the finished Assay Slide, insert
the new sample loaded Assay Slide, repeat focusing and running
procedure.
Click ‘Eject’ button when you want to manually eject the Assay
Slide.
There is no need to use this button after the assay is ordinarily
completed, when the Assay Slide will be ejected automatically.

Note: The door should be closed when the slide holder is being ejected.
If not, the door can be damaged.

Note: If the door is open, the Assay Slide will not be ejected.
