The mixer does
not turn
There are blocks of ice inside the bowl
Activate Defrost & Slush, let the product defrost and check that
the product is homogeneous
The machine does
not produce slush
Machine near heat sources. Change machine position
Machine with insufcient ventilation Change machine position
Dirty lter Clean the lter
Erroneous regulation of consistency Correctly regulate the consistency
Noisy mixer There is not enough product in the bowl Fill the bowl
The display shows
