ScreenTips provide descriptions of the items in a dialog box to help
explain what the item does or how you should use it. Display
ScreenTips by clicking the question mark button in the title bar of the
dialog box and then clicking the item you want to know more about. The
ScreenTip appears as shown in Figure 4-3.
