ADJUST LOWER ROLLER PAD TO A COMFORTABLE
POSITION IN FRONT JUST ABOVE THE ANKLE BY
PULLING THE HANDLE LOCATED NEXT TO THE SEAT
SET DESIRED PRE STRETCH RANGE OF MOTION BY
PULLING THE HANDLE LOCATED ABOVE THE CAM
AND SETTING THE DESIRED START POSITION
TO INITIATE MOTION, EXTEND THE KNEES IN A
SLOW CONTROLLED MOTION
