3. SAFETY MEASURES
IDENTIFYING THE SAFETY NOTICES
Important instructions concerning with possible endangerment of personnel, technical safety, and
operating safety will be specially emphasized and highlighted in the manual with the use of the following
signs.

WARNING
IMPORTANT
This notice is used with maintenance work and operating procedures and must be
adhered to exactly in order to avoid endangering personnel
This notice must be complied with in order to avoid damage to or destruction of
the machine or its equipment.
This notice advises of technical requirements which the operator must take
particular note of.
