Holdthehandlebar,press
thesafetylock,andpulloutthe
quickreleaselever.Thenturnthe
handlebar90°clockwiseandpush
thequickreleaseleverinward.
Pull the buckle upwards to release it from the hook. Hold
up the stem, then lift the safety lock, and push the quick
release lever inward to the end.
Safety Tips: When lifting the stem of the scooter, NEVER put your hands between the joints as may result in serious
injuries.

Holdthestem,liftthesafetylock
andopenthequickreleaselever.
Liftthesafetylockandquickrelease
leveragain,thenfoldthestem。
3. Align the buckle with the hook and
secure them together.
Hold the stem with either one hand or both hands to
carry.
