2 Install the radar
Installation includes:
• Mechanical mounting
• Electrical wiring
• Configuring the display or network system to work with the radar
• Adjusting the radar for proper performance
Follow these instructions carefully. Don't take any shortcuts!
The broadband radar is factory sealed. It is not necessary to remove the cover.
Removing the cover will void the factory warranty.
This section explains how to:
• Choose the correct location for the scanner
• Install the scanner on a power boat or a yacht
• Choose the correct location for the radar interface box if one is required
• Install the radar interface box (if required)
Please take a moment and check the separate packing list to make sure all components have
been supplied
