Engine Canopy
OPENING
Access to the engine area is gained by lifting the
engine canopy upwards. This is done by:
•
Ensure button (B) of handle (A) is in the
unlocked position.
•
Press button (B) to release the canopy latch.
•
Lifting the canopy, using handle (A).
The gas struts will hold the canopy in the raised
position.
CLOSING
•
Pull the canopy down and firmly push closed using the
handle (A) ensuring the canopy latch closes around the
striker bar.
•
Ensure the handle lock button (B) is locked to prevent
unauthorised access to the engine.
