Your Neato Robotics Vacuum Cleaner may have difficulty navigating due to a blocked laser, floor issues, dirty or malfunctioning sensors, or dirty wheels/brush. To troubleshoot: * Ensure nothing in the environment has changed. * Check that wheel wells aren’t blocked. * Ensure the battery is charged. * Reset the robot by holding the start button for 10 seconds, then press the Start button again to turn it back on. * Make sure the robot’s laser freely rotates using a dry cotton swab to rotate the laser 5 times to the left and 5 times to the right, being careful NOT to put the cotton swab in either hole.
