You can set up the following information in the phonebook (Phone):
•Name.
• Phone number.
• Other phone numbers (Office number, Mobile number, Fax number).
• 2 e-mail addresses.
• A phonebook picture ID for the caller.
• A specific ringtone/melody for the caller.
• Other personal information into the information fields (Note, Company, Street, Post code, Country, City).
• A URL.
• Group (No group, Friends, Colleagues, Family, Biz partner, VIP).
To create a new personal record, use the following procedure:
• Highlight
<Add new>
and press Left Softkey to display the
<Add new>
screen.
• Use the and navigation keys to highlight the fields to be added.
• Highlight
Name
field. Key in the name.

Fax number
field and enter the phone number.
• To select an area code, press Right Softkey to access the

menu and select the desired location.
