FEATURE ACTION
TO PLACE AN A Lift the handset, or press Speaker button
OUTSIDE CALL B Dial "9" to access an outside line or select
a line key
C Dial selected telephone number
TO PLACE A CALL TO A Lift handset, or press "Speaker"
ANOTHER EXTENSION B Dial extension number or use one touch
extension button
CALL HOLD A While speaking with your caller, press Hold
button
B To retrieve your call, press appropriate
line key
TO PARK A CALL A Press Transfer
B Dial Park set Code # 6
C Dial a "park location" between 01-64
TO RETRIEVE A A Dial Park Retrieve Code * 6
PARKED CALL B Dial location where call is "parked" (between 01-64)
TO TRANSFER A A Press Transfer Button
CALL B Either dial the extension or press the one touch
extension button
C When you hear ringing, you may hang up or stay on the
line to announce the call, then hang up.
QUICKLY TRANSFER A A Press Transfer Button
CALLER TO VOICE MAIL B Dial extension number, or use one touch button
C Dial 7
D Hang up
LAST NUMBER REDIAL A Press the Redial button
B The Last number dialed is shown in your display
C Press the up or down arrows to scroll through your last 10
numbers
D Pick up handset, or press "Speaker" to dial the number
TO PROGRAMM A NAME A Press "Speaker"
AND NUMBER IN YOUR B Dial 755
STA. SPEED DIAL C Select a bin number between 0-9
D Dial 9 and the number you wish to store
E Press HOLD for capability to enter name using dial pad
(See below)
F Press HOLD again
G Press "Speaker"
(0 & * will allow you to enter characters, # allows you to use
2 letters from same key, ## creates a space, CONF clears
characters one at a time, EXIT will clear entire entry)
TO DIAL A SPEED A Press "DIR" softkey
DIAL NUMBER B Press "STA" or "SYS" softkey
C Press or softkey to select desired speed dial
D Press "Speaker" or lift handset to call
CALLER ID REDIAL A Press the List” and then the CID” softkeys
B The Last number received is shown in your display
C Press the up or down arrow softkeys to scroll through your last
50 received numbers
D Pick up handset, or press "Speaker" to dial the number

CALL FORWARD A Press "Speaker"
BUSY/ NO ANSWER B Dial CF/BNA Code 744
C Dial 1
D Dial the destination Ext. or Number (VM=300)
E Press "Speaker" again
BUSY/ NO ANSWER A Dial 744, Dial 0
CANCEL B Press "Speaker" again
CALL FORWARD A Press "Speaker"
ALL B Dial CALL FORWARD ALL Code 741
C Dial 1
D Dial the destination Ext. or Number (VM=300)
E Press "Speaker" Again
CALL FORWARD ALL A Press "Speaker"
CANCEL B Dial Code 741
C Dial 0
D Press "Speaker" again
TO CHANGE RING A While telephone is idle, press "Speaker" button
TONE ON YOUR B Dial 720
TELEPHONE C Display will show "Select Incoming Ring Internal or
External?" Make Selection
D Display will ask "Incoming Ring 1-8?"
E You will hear the sample ring for each numeral
F Press Speaker Button when you make your selection
TO PROGRAM ONE A Press "Speaker" and dial 751
TOUCH KEY B Press the key to program
C Dial 01
D Dial the extension number or 9 and the outside number
E Press "Hold" and "Speaker" to save
CONFERENCE CALL A While on a call, Press Conf” softkey
B Dial next party to be added to conference (include 9 if outside)
C Press Conf softkey again plus Add and Begin to connect
all 3 parties
DO NOT DISTURB A Press "Speaker"
B Dial 747 plus 3 to set (or press DND” plus 3)
C Dial 747 plus 0 to cancel (or press DND” plus 0)
D Press "Speaker" again
BACKGROUND MUSIC A Press "Speaker"
B Dial 725 to toggle ON/OFF
C Press "Speaker" again
TO PAGE A Lift the handset and press the InPg or ExPg Softkey
B Then press 1-8 for desired zone or 0 for All
C Make announcement
D Hang up
