16/ Speed Dial / Abbreviated Dialling
- System (000-999)
- System must be programmed from extension 101
- Press Speaker
- Dial 753
- Dial speed dial location number SYS(000-999)
- Dial telephone number
- HOLD
- Dial name of party ( Max 11 letters ) use numerical keys
- HOLD to save then Speaker to exit.
NB: Press # for a space
NB: Press CONF to delete last letter
Retrieving speed dials
- Press the Silver Navigator Dial to the Right
- Enter first letter of name
- Press up or down arrow to scroll that letter
- Once you have the number desired on the screen, pick up handset to place the
call.
Or
- Press the Silver Navigator Dial to the Left for Redial
- Enter the position the speed dial has been stored behind (000-999)
- Pick up the handset to dial
17/ One Touch Key Programming
- To program a function key
- Dial 751
- Press the key you wish to assign
- Dial 01 to assign as a one touch key
- Enter the dialled digits
o For an extension key enter the extension number ie 101
o For an external number enter zero, then the number ie. 0 0411 111 111
- Press HOLD to save
- Press Speaker to exit
