18/ Changing Extension Name
- Press Speaker and dial 700
- Enter the extension number of the phone you wish to change
- Enter the new name over the old using the numerical keypad.
- Press Hold to save
19/ To Change Time
- Press SPK
- Dial 728
- Dial Hour ( 2 digits in 24 hour time )
- Dial Minute ( 2 digits )
- Press SPK to exit
20/ To Retrieve Missed Call Information
If you have a picture of a telephone with an arrow in the top left corner of your screen
This is to notify you that you have missed calls to be viewed.
To retrieve
- Press screen option List
- Press screen option CID
- You can now scroll up and down through the missed calls to your handset
Once you have viewed the missed calls the icon on the screen will disappear.
21/ To Change your Ring Tones
- Press Speaker
- Dial 720
- Dial 1 for Internal ring tones; or dial 2 for external ring tones
- Dial ring tones from 1-8 to hear and select ring tones
- Press Speaker to save and exit
