• TO REGISTER NAME ONTO ONE-TOUCH
SPEED CALLING KEY
Press NAME soft key.
Press a desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
Enter desired name on the keypad. Display indi-
cates the name entered.
Press >>> soft key twice to display the following
soft keys.
Press SET soft key to save the entered name.
Name information displayed on the One-Touch
Speed Calling key changes as follows:
TIP
To program a hook switch for transfer or feature activa-
tion, press key as first digit. (! displays on
LCD.)
TIP
To program a pause, press the key as any
digit other than the first digit. (– displays on LCD.)
TIP
To program a Voice Call, press key after dial-
ing station number. (V displays on LCD.)
TIP
One-Touch Speed Calling key for feature access:
One-Touch Speed Calling key may be used as a fea-
ture key by storing the feature access code. The fea-
tures may be programmed on a system basis by the
Telephony Server Administrator.
Access codes may be stored in conjunction with tele-
phone numbers. For example, one button can be pro-
grammed by the user to transfer to a certain extension.
