What to do if NEC Server has no calls in or out?

If your NEC Server isn't making or receiving calls, the issue could stem from the router or NEC configuration. Therefore, check both the router and NEC configurations. It may also be due to an unqualified IP address. In that case, note the WAN IP address and contact your provider.
