The folding-machine gives the operator all the information regarding problems of the
running of the machine. The indications in this case are given by the word alarm/signals,
and a code appears on the display. These alarms/signals can be divided into two groups.
Specifically:
Alarm and Signals 9.1
The alarms are provided with a buzzer and a flashing LED which have the important task
of blocking the machine.
(it is necessary to switch the machine off and then back on)
CODE CAUSE ACTION
A0
The sheet was fed incorrectly
and the folding was interrupted
by pressing the Eject Key.
Press the paper feed out button to
release the paper.
After the paper has been completely
ejected, the configuration the machine
had before the alarm rang is restored.
A1
The entrance group is open.
Close the entrance group.
Switch off and then back on.
A2
The sheet has not been properly
inserted.
The machine does not carry out the
requested folding cycle. Please
disconnect the alarm by pressing the
eject paper key.
A3
During the folding cycle the
sheet has moved.
Press the Eject Key and the
configuration the machine had before
the alarm rang will be restored.
