Cleaning And Replacing The Moistening Brushes
The
moistening brushes carry water from the sealing liquid reservoir to the envelope glue strip.
- After a period of use, the glue begins to build up on the brushes preventing the flow of sealing liquid through
the moistening brush to the glue strip on the envelope.
- This glue build up will cause poor envelope sealing.
When dirty or saturated, clean the moistening brushes or replace them when necessary.
- The brushes should be cleaned at least once a week.

Step 1 - Open The Top Cover
• Lift the locking hand grip to open the top cover.
Step 2 - Locate The Sealing System
• On
ce the machine has been opened, locate the sealing
system.
