How to fix missing parts of letters or text on Neopost MACH 6?
To address missing parts of letters or text on your Neopost Printer, clean the Printhead. Use recirculation, priming, or cycles of depriming and priming, which can be found on the Printer Touchscreen or in the Printer Toolbox. You can also rehydrate the Printhead using distilled water and a wet, clean, lint-free cloth. Note that air bubbles often disappear with Printer use.
What to do if Neopost MACH 6 Printer does not respond to software?
Check that the port is communicating with the Printer by using another USB cable, replace the cable if necessary. If the port cannot communicate using the USB cable, check the Printer. If the port cannot communicate using the USB cable and the Printer is OK, check the USB port on the computer.

Turn the Printer OFF and ON again, and check the connections.
What to do if my Neopost Printer is experiencing jams?
If your Neopost Printer is experiencing jams, clear any paper path obstructions. Ensure paper is loaded correctly and that the Feed Ramp is properly set. Adjust the Separators according to the media thickness and uncurl any curled media. If the Separator Tip is worn, replace it. To clear the jam, open the Touchscreen “Setup” screen, press “Run Path” to clear media, then press “Clear Error” and “Resume”.
