Remove Service Station Sled Motor Assembly
1. Remove the Top Assembly Rear Cover.
2. Disconnect the Sled Wire Harness [A] from the Service
Station Sled Motor Assembly.
3. Remove (2) screws [B] securing the Service Station
Motor Assembly to the Top Assembly Frame.
4. Remove the drive belt [C] from the Motor Assembly
Pulley. Remove Motor Assembly from the Printer.
5. Install in reverse order.
NOTE: Tension the Drive Belt, see “Service Station
Motor Drive Belt Adjustment” in the Adjustments
Section. System Test: Press Sled Test.
Remove Service Station Sled Motor Drive Belt
1. Remove the Top Assembly Rear Cover.
2. Loosen (2) screws [A] securing the Service Station
Motor Assembly to the Top Assembly Frame.
You may have to also loosen (1) screw [B] securing the
Drive Belt Pulleys.
3. Remove the drive belt [C] from the Sled Motor
Assembly Pulley and the larger Drive Belt Pulley.
4. Install in reverse order.
NOTE: Tension the Drive Belts, see “Service Station
Motor Drive Belt Adjustment” in the Adjustments
Section. System Test: Press Sled Test.
