Perform Rinse (x 3 Times a Day)
NESCAFÉ Milano “Combi” Coffee Machine
Summary Operational Guide (Page 1 of 2)
1. Remove all internal parts from machine:
- Unclip nozzles, unlock/pull off mixer bowls and impellor:
(a), (b), (e) and (f)
- Remove steam trap (g)
- Remove product chute (h)
- Remove drip tray, empty contents (i)
- Remove grounds drawer, empty contents (j)
2. Using a Food Grade Sanitiser
i) Clean all internal parts, then rinse in warm water and dry.
ii) Wipe over interior and exterior of machine
3. Reassemble internal parts back in machine, as per their
original position (with the exception of the drip tray and
grounds drawer replace these after following Part 2 below).
DAILY Cleaning Procedure
PART 1 MACHINE SHOULD BE “TURNED OFF”
Product Replenishment/Filling The Canisters
1. Unlock door using the key and lift coffee machine lid/roof.
2. Roast & Ground Canister (C1):
- Lift lid off canister, fill with NESCAFÉ R&G Beans, replace lid
3. Soluble Canisters (C2, C3, C4):
- Close powder chute, press down the orange/burgundy clip
- Remove canisters from machine and take lids off canisters
- Fill with Soluble products:
- C2 = NESTLÉ Milano Hot Chocolate
- C3 = NESTLÉ Milano Skimmed Milk Product
- C4 = NESCAFÉ Milano Ispirizione Coffee
4. Replace canister lids and put canisters back in machine
5. Open (orange/burgundy) powder chutes VERY
IMPORTANT!
6. Close machine door and lock.
7. Perform Rinse (see below).
1. Place 0.5 litre jug, or large cup, under dispense outlet.
2. Scroll along to cleaning screen, by pressing the light blue
box on the bottom right of the touch screen.
3. Press Clean Icon to start rinse.
4. The automatic rinsing will start by rinsing dispense hoses,
nozzles and mixing bowls.
C1 C2 C3 C4
We would recommend that you rinse your machine at least 3 x
times a day:
First thing, before dispensing any drinks
After refilling canisters
After cleaning machine
DAILY Cleaning Procedure
PART 2 MACHINE SHOULD REMAIN “OFF”
1. Remove Brewer from machine and rinse under warm running
water, to clear excess grinds:
- Unclip dispense nozzle from dispense head (k - not pictured)
- Remove safety cover (l)
- Remove orange carter off grinder dispense (m)
- Remove brewer - pull orange clip towards you, lift brewer
unit up/towards you (n).
2. Reassemble parts on to machine (n), (m), (l) and then (k)
- (n) If not locked in, twist
3. Replace grounds drawer and drip tray.
4. Close door and turn machine back on.
5. Perform Rinse.

Weekly Cleaning Procedure

Deep Clean with Sanitiser

Follow daily Part 1, soak parts for 20 mins with sanitiser, leave door open.

Door Open Mode Cleaning Cycle

Insert key, press programme key, select cleaning mode, use cleaning tablet.

Complete Weekly Rinse

Skip coffee, remove key, follow daily Part 2, close door, and rinse.

Monthly Cleaning Procedures

Clean Coffee Bean Hopper

Remove hopper, empty beans, soak hopper with sanitiser, rinse, dry, replace, and refill.

Common Faults and Problems

No Brewer or Dispensing Issues

Machine won't brew or dispenses only hot water; check brewer seating and chutes.

Water or Bean Supply Issues

No water or no beans; check supply, power connection, and bean levels.
