o Set Multiplexing Method as VC-BASED
o Set VPI as 0
o Set VCI as 38
o Set DSL mode as Auto (multi-mode)
Once all settings are entered press the Apply button. The next stage in the setup is to
configure your wireless connection.
Select Wireless Settings from the left hand side,
• Wireless settings (recommended set up)
o Change the SSID from NETGEAR to something more recognisable
o Set the Region to Europe
o Set Channel to auto
o Set Mode to up to 150mbps
o To add security to your network select the option Mixed WPA-PSK + WPA2-PSK
o Enter a password for your wireless connection in the network key box
(Please make a note of the network key as this will become your wireless
password)
