Why my NEW BRUNSWICK SCIENTIFIC Laboratory Equipment fails to communicate with BioCommand?
- MmmillsAug 1, 2025
There are several reasons why your equipment might fail to communicate with BioCommand: 1. The Multidrop (Unit ID) Address assigned to the Controller in BioCommand might be incorrect. Verify that a single Node Number (Unit ID or Multidrop Address) value of 0 through 19 has been assigned to the Controller. 2. There may be a conflicting Multidrop (Unit ID) Address with other equipment in BioCommand. Assign a new Unit ID to the equipment and verify that a single Node Number (Unit ID or Multidrop Address) value of 0 through 19 has been assigned to the Controller. 3. The Controller software configuration might have been deleted due to battery backup and power failure. Verify that the Controller configuration has been saved, and reload the configuration into the software.
