7 - MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic oil lter - Replace
WARNING
Burn hazard!
Do not handle any service uid (engine coolant, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) at temperatures that
exceed 49 °C (120 °F). Allow uids to cool before proceeding.
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

NOTE: Replace the hydraulic system oil lter after the rst
50 hours of operation, and then following every 300 hours
of operation thereafter.
The hydraulic system uses a spin-on type oil lter (1),
located on the right-hand side of the tractor underneath
the operator's platform.
To replace the lter, do the following:
1. Unscrew (A) the used oil lter and discard.
2. Coat the gasket on the new lter with a lm of clean
oil. Screw (B) the lter into place until the gasket
contacts the sealing surface, then tighten the lter
by hand approximately three-quarters of a turn. Do
not overtighten.
3. Start the engine and check the lter for leaks.
4. Stop the engine and check the hydraulic system oil
level. Add oil if necessary.

The hydrostatic system uses a spin-on type oil lter (1),
located on the left-hand side of the tractor underneath
the operator's platform.
To replace the lter, do the following:
1. Unscrew (A) the used oil lter and discard.
2. Coat the gasket on the new lter with a lm of clean
oil. Screw (B) the lter into place until the gasket
contacts the sealing surface, then tighten the lter
by hand approximately three-quarters of a turn.
NOTICE: Do not overtighten.
3. Start the engine and check the lter for leaks.
