Why is my NewAir NIM033SS00 making ice but there is no ice?

If your NewAir Ice Maker is making ice at a normal cycle but no ice is being produced, the ambient or water temperature could be too high, there could be refrigerant liquid leakage, or the pipe in the cooling system might be blocked. Ensure the ice maker is not near heat sources exceeding 90 degrees and refill the tank with cold water. If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact customer service, as refrigerant leakage or a blocked pipe would require professional attention.
