(should the left earphone LED still be ashing white, press the right
earphone button again twice.
4. Open the Bluetooth setting on your phone and connect yourself to
the earphones.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The earphones are paired to my phone, but only one of them
is playing
Restart the earphones (see “Restarting the Earphones”) and then pair
them to each other manually (see “How to Manually Pair both Earphones
to Each Other” above).
I see the earphones twice in the Bluetooth phone setting
The earphones are not paired to each other (the LEDs on both of them are
ashing orange and white). Pair them manually (see “How to Manually Pair
both Earphones to Each Other”) in the previous section of this manual.
Only then can you pair the earphones to your phone.
Music sounds intermittently (audio tends to fall out)
1. Make sure that there is nothing that could inhibit the Bluetooth signal, and
that the earphones are near the device to be paired.
2. The earphones communicate with each other on the same frequency as
Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz). If interference occurs, try switching to another channel on
your Wi-Fi router.
3. Charge your earphones as the signal may uctuate due to a low
batterystatus.
The earphones cannot connect to my mobile phone
1. Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device. Put the
earphones closer to your mobile phone.
2. Or restart the earphones rst, then re-pair them to each other manually,
