Troubleshoong
Niche Zero does not run when switched on:
Check to see if the Niche Zero is plugged into a grounded outlet and the
lid is closed. If it is, unplug the Niche Zero, then plug it back in again. If
the Niche Zero sll does not work, check the plug fuse or circuit breaker
on the electrical circuit the Niche Zero is connected to and make sure the
circuit is closed. If the Niche Zero does not run aer taking these steps, a
foreign object may be jamming the cung burrs. See “Care and Cleaning
for more informaon.
Niche Zero runs when switched on but coee does not grind:
The burrs require cleaning or are worn. Also check that the grind seng
isn’t set to calibrated as this means the burrs are touching.

Niche Zero is operang normally, but stops abruptly:
Immediately turn o the Niche Zero. A foreign object, such as a pebble,
piece of metal or twig, may have jammed the burrs.

Grind size seems incorrect for chosen seng:
Check the Niche Zero is correctly calibrated.

Cord does not pull out from base:
Unplug the Niche Zero. Unscrew and remove the wooden base cover and
check that cord has not knoed. Extend cord, replace wooden base cover
then push cord back into base.
