Lift grease box off.
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the
3-compartment sink.
REASSEMBLY: Put grease box on before the grease
trough.

Slide flame arrestors out.
Rinse in the 3-compartment sink.
Reassemble with arrestors rotated (feed end to
discharge end).
