Adjust the print density.
Refer to the “Cleaning the Print Head” Section and
clean the print head
Clean or replace the print roller; refer to print roller
cleaning and replacement. To purchase consumables,
contact the customer seice.
This device has RFID reading functionality. If the RFID
antenna of the device fails to recognize the information
on the label paper, it may result in unclear printing.
Please contact customer seice to replace the print head.
