It is recommended to use ocial, genuine consumables from NIIMBOT for
consistent high-quality printing results. Specially designed label products can
enhance the printer's peormance and prevent premature wear and tear of the
print head.

For regular thermal label paper, you can use your ngernail or a pen cap to
scratch the printing suace.

NIIMBOT's ocial, genuine thermal label paper enhances durability and
water resistance; it requires a lighter or heat source for baking.

Check if there are black marks on the label paper.

1. If black markings appear on the medium, the label material is thermal sensitive,
which this printer suppos.
2. If black markings do not appear on the medium, the label material is thermal
transfer, and it requires the use of a ribbon. This printer does not suppo this type.
