Hi-Speed Crop
Select On to shoot only the area in the viewfi nder
high-speed crop, increasing the frame advance
rate to up to 8 fps and allowing more images to
be stored in the memory buffer. See “Taking Pho-
tographs: High-Speed Crop” ( 41).
JPEG Compression
Choose whether to compress JPEG images to a
fi xed size or to vary fi le size for improved image
quality. See “Taking Photographs: Image Quality
and Size” ( 47).
Image Size
Image size can be selected from Large, Medium,
and Small. See “Taking Photographs: Image
Quality and Size” ( 48).
Image Quality
Eight options are available for image quality. See
