After Use & Daily Maintenance

Shake the Hopper Dust
Control Filter.
Empty the hopper.

Shut down engine:
Raise brooms, change
engine speed to idle
(Gasoline/Diesel models),
turn
service valve off
(LPG),
run
engine until all LOP is
dispelled from the line.
Apply parking brake

Check engine coolant,
engine oil, hydraulic oil
level, parking brake and
clean main and side brooms.
(gas, LPG and diesel models)
Occasional Maintenance

• Rotate Main Broom
•
Clean the DustGuard
Spray Nozzles

• Inspect/adjust booms
• Clean Strainer
• Check/Clean Hopper
Dust Control Filter
using Method “A”
• Inspect broom
housing skirts
• Inspect hopper seals
• Clean radiator and oil
cooler

• Perform engine
maintenance
• Inspect and grease
steering spindle
• Check/Clean Hopper
Dust Control Filter
using Method “B”

• Check/Clean Hopper
Dust Control Filter
using Method “C”
5
• Change the hydraulic
oil filter
• Change the reservoir
hydraulic oil
• Flush the radiator
• Engine fuel filter(s)
